PropIQ is an AI-powered property intelligence platform for real estate agents, brokers, and investors. Traditional valuation relies on gut feel, manual CMA reports, and outdated comps. PropIQ combines real-time MLS data, neighborhood analytics, and a RAG pipeline over historical sales to deliver instant, explainable property valuations and investment scores.
